Description
Phosphatidylserine (PS)  is a white or light yellow loose powder, dispersed in water. Insoluble in ethanol and methanol; soluble in chloroform, ether and petroleum ether.Phosphatidylserine (PS) is composed of three parts: the hydrophilic glycerin skeleton is the head, and the two long hydrocarbon chain lipophilic groups are the tail. The head is composed of three groups: the serine residue is combined with the phosphate residue and then connected to the hydroxyl group of C-3 glycerol; the other two hydroxyl groups of glycerol are esterified with fatty acids to form the tail. Compared with the C-1 fatty acid, the fatty acid at the C-2 position of glycerol generally has a longer carbon chain and more unsaturated bonds. Phosphatidylserine (PS) refers to a group of compounds, rather than a single component. This is due to the fact that the product lipid acetyl residues extracted from raw materials from different sources vary greatly.

Keep in a cool, well-ventilated place, stored away from extreme heat and away from strong oxidizing agents.
