Acetyl-L-Carnitine (HCL)  is an ester of L-Carnitine. It is a white powder, easily soluble in water, and insoluble in acetone.
Acetyl-L-carnitine is a natural form of L-carnitine. It is a natural substance existing in the body, especially in muscle, brain, and sperm. It is involved in a series of important metabolic processes in the body. Cells take away acetyl groups and assist in energy transfer. Acetyl-L-carnitine acts as a delivery tool for fatty acids into the mitochondria in cellular respiration. Help fatty acids enter mitochondria to produce energy body ATP.
