Chitosan industrial grade is a Off-white powder,flavorless semi-transparent and amorphous solid. Soluble in acid, but insoluble in alkali and water or in ordinary organic solvent. Decomposed at 185°C.Chitosan is produced commercially by deacetylation of chitin by treating crabs and shrimp with the alkali sodium hydroxide it is a kind of unique fat-absorbing dietary fiber.

Description

Food grade of Chitosan uses snow crab and red crab shell as raw materials to strictly control other impurities.

Application:

(1) Chitosan in the edible film industry: the edible film and coating extend the selflife for fresh or frozen foods,the chitosan film can protect the food from mositure and oxidantsand improve the quality,Due to chitosan film-forming pro perties, it have been successfully used as food wraps.;

(2) Chitosan for clarification and deacidification of fruit juices (fining agent):Chitosan is a good clarifying agent for grape fruit juice either with or without pectinase treatment.By adding chitosan to fruit juice, chitosan can decrease the amount of citric acid, tartaric acid, l-malic acid, oxalic acid andascorbic acid ect.

(3) Recovery of solid materials from food processing wastes and water: Chitosan, with its partial positive charge, it can effectively function as a poly cationic coagulant in wastewater treatment Chitosan as a coagulating agent. Chitosan reduced the suspended solids of various food processing wastes.

(4) Chitosan as Antioxidative agent: use chitosan to treat the meat such as beef,it will help the meat to prevent favour deterioration.

When dissolved in water, it can provide nascent chlorine and oxygen to sterilize pool water or industrial wastewater.

Acetyl-L-Carnitine (HCL)  is an ester of L-Carnitine. It is a white powder, easily soluble in water, and insoluble in acetone.
Acetyl-L-carnitine is a natural form of L-carnitine. It is a natural substance existing in the body, especially in muscle, brain, and sperm. It is involved in a series of important metabolic processes in the body. Cells take away acetyl groups and assist in energy transfer. Acetyl-L-carnitine acts as a delivery tool for fatty acids into the mitochondria in cellular respiration. Help fatty acids enter mitochondria to produce energy body ATP. Both acetyl-L-carnitine and L-carnitine have the ability to transport fat.
Unlike L-carnitine, acetyl-L-carnitine can cross the blood-brain barrier and provide sufficient energy for brain cells. At the same time, acetyl-L-carnitine also plays a vital role in the male reproductive tract. Sperm maturation is performed in the epididymis, and this process is assisted by acetyl-L-carnitine. As the sperm passes through the epididymis, a large amount of acetyl-L-carnitine remains in it. Higher concentrations of acetyl-L-carnitine are important to maintain good motility and fertility in sperm. The content of acetyl-L-carnitine in sperm with low activity is also low. Fructose-1,6-Diphosphate (sodium salt) also called as D-Fructose 1,6-bisphosphate trisodium salt, is white crystalline powder. It is stable at normal temperature and easily decomposes fructose and phosphate at high temperature. Easily soluble in water but insoluble in ethanol.

FDP is a biochemically active substance in the sugar metabolism and energy metabolism of human tissue cells. It can effectively provide biological energy, promote the metabolic activities of biological tissue cells, and enhance the functional activities of various tissues and organs. Conducive to repair cell damage.
