Fructooligosaccharides are mainly used to selectively promote the growth of Bifidobacterium, lactic acid bacteria, Streptococcus, and indirectly to promote animal growth and health promotion. Fructooligosaccharides are considered as Bifidobacterium proliferation factor.Bifidobacteria are considered to be dominant bacteria in healthy animals and play an important role in maintaining the balance of intestinal bacteria in animals.
Fructooligosaccharides powder and syrup have good water solubility, high temperature resistance, inhibition of starch aging, non-coloring, alkali resistance, water retention.
